Pick a time on the week view and send the short form. We reply by text or email to confirm; it isn’t booked until we do.

  2. Step 2: Fill in the questionnaire

The health questionnaire, based on the PAR-Q, takes about five minutes at the desk before your first class.

  3. Step 3: Pick up a level card

Each move has levels 1, 2 and 3. Choose one at the start and switch whenever you like.

  4. Step 4: Use your first week

Your first week is £12 for up to three classes in seven days, so you can try more than one kind.

Health first. NHS guidance for adults in England says to speak to your GP first if you have not exercised for some time, or if you have medical conditions or concerns. Tell your coach about any injury, or if you are pregnant, before the class starts. This is general guidance, not medical advice. Questions

class questions.

How does the £12 first week work?

Your first week is £12 for up to three classes: any type, within your first seven days at Sprywell. After that, pay £9 a class, buy an 8-class pass or join Unlimited.

How do the level cards work?

Every station and stretch has a level card with three versions of the move: 1 is the gentlest, 3 the hardest. Start on whichever level you like and change mid-class; the coach suggests one if you ask.

What kit does each class use?

Everything is set out on the floor before you arrive: weights for Strength Circuit, bikes for Spin (we set the saddle with you), gloves and pads for Boxfit, blocks and straps for Stretch & Mobility.

Why is there a health questionnaire?

The health questionnaire, based on the PAR-Q, takes about five minutes at the desk before your first class. It lets the coach suggest safe levels for you. NHS guidance for adults in England says to speak to your GP first if you have not exercised for some time, or if you have medical conditions or concerns.

How do I book a place?

Choose a class and a time, and send the request. We confirm by text or email within three hours, in studio hours. It isn’t booked until we confirm it. Each class has 12 places, so early mornings fill first.

Can I cancel a place?

Cancel up to 6 hours before a class and the place goes to the next person waiting.

your first week is £12.

Up to three classes in seven days to find the one you like. Send a request and we reply to confirm.
